Hard question to answer because Doom's weaponry is generally quite balanced with each filling their niche role(s). I'd say in terms of pure versatility, it probably goes to the chaingun.

I really like the top left imp you did. This probably wasn't your intended purpose for it, but I think it would look perfect as a statue (specifically standing on a COL2A0 column re-palette to fit)

When it comes to general atmosphere and story, Doom 3 is still my favorite. Back before it released, I would look up any kind of info I could on the game and that's actually how I stumbled upon Doomworld. So I have much to thank Doom 3 for in hindsight...
