Yes, that board is in complete chaos: one third of the people, knowing that the movie isn't about Sonic the hedgehog, keep posting about it, one third can't take the joke and desperately try to proof that it isn't about a hedgehog and one third tries to explain the angry people that all of it is just a big joke. And I wouldn't be surprised if there are a couple of those who really believe it's about Sonic the hedgehog.
What I would like to know is that who on earth can be so stupid to choose a name like that to an upcoming movie :D
