I managed to redo/restore my facing 1 edits, so here they are! For offsets I recommend 50/88 But feel free to polish those coords as you want! (I personally play software so I like the offsets to be good!) edits.zip

I feel like it could be either way E-F-G like I did or E-G-F to match the actual attack frame, I prefered the former just because it looked more like a bite or hurl with the reset frame, but it was intended to work in either order whichever looked better in game. Also the second thing I don't know about, I didn't do any offsets (yet) Or if you mean the actual animation, well that's just to make it more dramatic than the hurt frame, making stuff a bit of overdramatic is imo better than smooth because it is clearer.

in my dunceness and ambition to edit them I forgot to link the raws for the rendered out vampire, oops! I am occupied with other projects since a while so here they are for anyone wishing to either edit or just use them as is: vampire.zip the 1a folder is edited versions I was making of the player facing sprites, but then only afterwards I saw I accidentally saved them with black becoming transparent, god damn you PNG, may still be salvageable though. I edit using the Heretic palette because it is compatible and still looks good with blasphemer and existing heretic wads, while vice versa is not.

I don't mind it since the maps are very nice looking, but that makes me think a de-mastered type of thing would actually be cool to see though!

You have my assurance as well that mine are my own work.

This is the exact same for me, fwiw. Any sounds or sprite edits I have provided here are offered to you under whichever license you want.

Yes I think that's sensible

I think the Raven games like many fantasy games from around the time owes a lot of this to Moorcock, who established the typical use of a fantasy multiverse through Elric of Melniboné, Jerry Cornelius, Hawkmoon, Corum and the rest of them all in different worlds and times and scenarios connected by the same traversable multiverse. Let's say it's not so subtly hinted at by the dimension travelling Lords of Chaos in Moorcock's stories using the eight pointed arrow star symbol he invented, which looks and awful lot like the Chaos Device in the Raven games.

It's all of them, they are all made from CC0/public domain sources, and for my part, unless stated otherwise I consider everything I share here to also carry the CC0 license.

Decided to give a rendered version of these vampire guys a shot to expedite work and make animation easier, these are indexed doom sprites but they have not had any paintover done (yet)

I found it on the Attic, yes it seems like the Blasphemer sprite is the same one from Freedoom! Here's what the default Blasphemer one looks like unedited:

Intriguing, what is that? I can't find much on google

I was doing some sounds for the snakes, having fun with metallic noises, and I ended up redoing a bunch of the sprites too, still wip but I think it's coming together

CC0 to my knowledge means there is no copyright, which means it can be modified, re-released and sold in any way you want. Edit: There is no more permissive license to my knowledge, and since it has no clauses I can't find anywhere that it should be incompatible with anything.

Did you try out my Blasphedits variants? I linked above but if it's no issue I'll attach another here. I have made quite a few new ones and variants, it's all CC0 and my own work! Whoever knows how, you are free to implement them into the core if you wish, I don't know how this stuff is usually done Blasphedits-v2.zip
