  1. "Lambda" seemed a bit more powerful than vanilla (or at least more punchy feeling) but not too OP Replaces your arsenal with half life 1 weapons, as well as replacing some of the powerups Got it from here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/lambda-for-doom-and-d00m-2
  2. Hope youre still taking. I made a small vanilla map and some feedback would be very nice :) UV is pretty spicy so id recommend hurt me plenty, though even that is reportedly tricky. Should run decently in chocolate, crispy and gzdoom. Primarily tasted with chocolate. The download link is in this post: Have fun! If you enjoy this one you could also look up killfac.wad on idgames, which is an earlier map i made, tested only in gzdoom though.
  3. (hopefully this is the right place for this) Completed this a while ago but it has only recently been finally added to the idgames archive. You can get it here: https://www.doomworld.com/idgames/levels/doom2/p-r/packst FAQ list i copied from Jimmy (sorry if some of the answers dont make sense): Name: Packing Station Map Format: Doom Ports Tested: Chocolate doom, Crispy doom and GZDoom IWAD: Doom 2 Map(s): MAP01 Music: Default Gameplay: Single play Difficulty Settings: Yep Multiplayer Placement: None Build Time: Like a day or two Textures: Default Requirements: None outside of a functional computer Some screenshots taken in GZDoom on UV: Feedback appreciated, hope you enjoy!
  4. Hello, im a new user so sorry if this is in the wrong place or if the question is dumb. Ive been making a few semi-vanilla (as in, not using any of the fancy scripting n all that stuff GZDooM provides) maps but always testing them in GZDooM, which i heard isnt quite the best idea as it may potentiall lead to the map being broken with other sourceports. I havent found any proper info about this so im asking here. What sourceport should one test their map with to ensure decent compatibility with most ports? Is chocolate doom too far or just right? Does it even matter that much? (If curious, the only map i uploaded is "killfac.wad" on the idgames archive, tested with GZDooM but not requiring anything from it)
