  1. Does this work? https://web.archive.org/web/20120821170704/http://www.doombuilder.com/index.php?p=downloads
  2. I think it's about time I post some WIP screenshots of my level. The layout is roughly 50-70% done, and I'll probably spend a good amount of time tweaking and polishing it after that. :)
  3. I always prefer playing retro games in 4:3 even if there's a way to use widescreen, even though I use a widescreen monitor.
  4. I think un23 became the Level 2 and 9 song in Demonstar, known as "Slow Rocket" in the metadata: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UDdn59dA9w
  5. I made Doom style versions of a few textures from Commander Keen 4 and (mostly) 6. The 64x64 ones could be used as both flats and wall textures. I plan to make more of these. The tar ended up looking pretty different from the original graphic, but I like how it turned out anyways.
  6. I love this idea! I came up with pretty much the exact same concept recently but I'm glad someone else did it lol I guess I'll claim 0.4 E1M10 if it's okay. 0.3 SHAWN2 was my first pick but it looks like someone else already claimed it.
  7. With the Sound Canvas Microsoft GS Wavetable Synth soundfont, most of them, but Distortion Guitar, Rock Organ, Warm Pad and Brightness are some of my favorites.
  8. With zip/pk3, you put sprite lumps into a folder named "sprites" (S_START and S_END aren't needed). More info here: https://zdoom.org/wiki/Using_ZIPs_as_WAD_replacement
  9. I think if you push the minus key it'll go back to normal.
  10. Sorry for the bump, but what's the status of this project? It's a cool idea, I'd like to see it happen. I can do tracker music, although I'm pretty slow when it comes to composing :p
  11. Oh, right. That's something my brother made to make the status bar show as much detail as the Doom one. Here's a link to it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BdmxmcOJQWM (there's a download in the description) I was mainly using it because it reinstates the small numbers which Crispy Doom uses for the demo timer, which is blanked out in chex.wad and thus causes it the timer to be invisible without it. It doesn't change anything else. Is that okay?
  12. Thanks! Also, in order to have my demos get on the DSDA do I have to specify that I want them there? Or do all demos just get collected from this subforum regardless?
  13. I did some Chex Quest 1 and 2 speedruns. All of them are UV Speed and my Arboretum run is also Pacifist. I used Crispy Doom. I'm not particularly proud of any of these except maybe Arboretum and Sewer System, but almost none of these had proper UV Speed runs until now (as far as I'm aware). cq1_e1m3_1_45_51.zip cq1_e1m4_p_1_00_20.zip cq2_e1m2_1_11_37.zip cq2_e1m3_1_39_86.zip cq2_e1m4_1_22_71.zip cq2_e1m5_0_56_66.zip
