  1. I need to try these Pepsi forbidden drinks from page one. As for my answer: pasta with olive oil and sri racha sauce.
  2. I feel like I'm saying this everywhere now but Lost Civilization!
  3. Pretty cool idea, I'm sure it could fit a wad too. PS: Doom 3 marine rocks nice profile pic :p
  4. With beautiful Doom with vanilla settings and weapons. I used to play with monster / weapons replacers, which I still love, but the flip side is that it sometimes makes some monsters behave differently, which means they'll get bugged and won't spawn into the map, meaning you'd have to do the level again and hope the RNG will be with you this time. Since I want to 100% maps and I did not like this uncertainty anymore, I had to resort to going back Vanilla (which is fine because I'm challenging myself to play vanilla / autosave so I like it ).
Great megawad that set the bar pretty high for its time! I'm glad I revisited it after so many years.
  5. I wish I did! sometimes when I see the creativity and quality out there it really makes me wish I had the discipline and time to do the same and learn mapping!
  6. Lost Civilization, Auger;Zenith, any of the DBP projects ( some are a bit harder than others ) , Anomaly Report, Doom II Redux, Wonderful Doom... There's many more awesome wads but these are the ones I did recently.
  7. I like those veggies from Icarus.
  8. Did not exactly note every of these wads since I usually don't want to negatively criticize free content, and I know people enjoy this type of hardcore stuff anyway. I usually only keep in mind the wads I really enjoyed.
  9. Adventure / exploration, definitely. Lost Civilization comes to mind! I'm also really sensitive to themes and atmosphere. As for the gameplay as soon as it's fair I'm okay with it, whether it's a big or small map. As for the themes I like you name it: nature, cyberpunk, city and more...
  10. A lot of maps feel really unfair since I've started practicing auto save only runs :p . It's a shame because a lot of maps I find unfair are really really beautiful. What makes it really unfair to me is maps that do not know how to reward players after a difficult fight. Meaning that they won't give you any significant ammo or health after beating a hard / slaughter like encounter and you'll be wrecked in the next slaughter like encounter... I miss wads that had more difficulty progression, meaning you didn't get frustrated from map01. I know there are still some out there but they're getting harder to find. I should probably allow myself to quicksave in these maps in order to enjoy them again.
  11. Interesting topic! I believe every mapper should make it so that you can get 100% in every category, even in items. Think of the poor completionists being frustrated out there :p .
  12. Very enjoyable megawad; good maps with great length ( not too long nor too short ) ; great atmosphere and level architecture, very good job on Los Alamos btw. I really enjoyed the first "chapter" of the megawad with the clear sky skybox. ( even though I really enjoyed the rest I just thought I'd say how much I liked these first maps ).
  13. Hello! I don't know if this is a bug or intentional but in MAP01, the health potion you get from the vending machine cannot be obtained as it does not drop but instead stays too high to be reached.
