  1. We'll be alright. Just give NoReason some guns and set him loose. He tests his own slaughtermaps, right?
  2. Far as I can tell, a new actor with its own hitbox is trying to spawn in while the previous one's hitbox still exists. In which case, your machinegun death state just needs to remove that collision before attempting the spawn. So, try this: Death.MachineGun: POSS G 1 A_Scream POSS G 0 A_NoBlocking TNT1 A 0 A_SpawnItemEx("MGunnedClassicZombieman") stop
  3. "It's all in the past. I forgive you." ...said no dwarf, ever.
  4. Oh? We're doing Metallica hot takes? Sure, I'll throw in my hat: My favorite Metallica album is their orchestra-backed live outing S&M, which contains my most loved renditions of "Fuel" and "The Memory Remains." St. Anger is too funny to hate.
  5. I see m8f already recommended Trailblazer, but I heartily second that. One of its weapons has you go akimbo with two double-actions, and another is a single-action revolver that shoots explosive rounds. The latter weapon's altfire has you do that slick Eastwood-esque "fanning the hammer" maneuver to rapidly unload the whole cylinder-- very satisfying. The rest of the mod in general manages to have very solid gameplay without making any changes to the enemies, so you can also load in whatever monster/gore pack pleases you.
  6. There's a lot I like, but Clutch's Earth Rocker immediately sprang to mind. I'll post more when I have time.
  7. UV with shotguns only? Oh, you are going to love Map 27.
  8. It looks like you forgot to package your custom wall textures and flats into the WAD. Seeing a whole lot of placeholder checkerboards on my end. Edit: Disregard. Didn't see what IWAD needed to be used.
  9. Another one of these, huh? I'll throw it in the pile with Polybius and "Every copy of Super Mario 64 is personalized".
  10. Difficulty is not one of the absolute measures of a Doom map's worth.
  11. You could bind it to a hotkey. Open the console, type [bind p "turbo 255"] (quotation marks included, brackets not) to, for example, make the P key speed up your movement. Like any keybind, it will persist through quitting/reopening GZDoom, and all you'll have to do when starting a new game is hit the key. @Actraiser, try disabling weapon bob, too. I forget where that option is, but if you find that, see what it does for you. ^_^
