I've gone for all-new graphics and sounds as well as the layout to create something that looks, feels and plays different to normal 1-on-1. Freelook, jumping and PWO/neverswitch are strongly recommended here, play without them and you'll have a disadvantage.2 downloads

A void-style deathmatch map, constructed *entirely* out of 3d floors. Uses FraggleScript for a few special effects like teleporters or 3d elevators. Don't mind the Pac-Man theme, it just adds a little variety to things. :P
It seemed that a feature had been removed from Doom Legacy, namely the one that keeps items respawning at their original height. Because of that, the original version of .Void was unplayable (serves me right for not testing properly). This fix keeps some floors raised so objects wont fall through 3D floors anymore, at the cost of some visual annoyances. But now it should be playable at least.9 downloads

NBOD DM 3: Digital Science

A small deathmatch map using some Legacy features. Designed to be more of an eye-pleaser instead of being... uhm... playable.
An OpenGL renderer is recommended because of use of certain special lightning effects, but software rendering will work just fine.
Note that there is a switch next to the Super Shotgun which cycles through 'body recycling' modes, since not everyone will like the way players (can) die.
Also, a little effect was disabled due to multiplayer FraggleScripting issues. It supposedly only works in single player. If it doesn't, hack the FS and enable it yourself. You'll see and hear it when you get there :P7 downloads
