>>>Changes in v3.10<<<
Sorry, I lied, this version does not contain the PWAD tracking
system I spoke of in the last version. This is tougher than I thought,
it will include so many configurations options, that I am having to
rewrite much of the main code just to support it!
This version does, however, includes the mentioned EXE hacking/patching
capabilities. The hacking system included is fully compatible with
DeHacked v1.2 and v1.3. It will read both 1.2 and 1.3 patches and will
write v1.3 patches. It will also allow you to compile your patch into a
COM file so that it can be executed from the command line.
(MANY, MANY thanks to Greg Lewis - DeHacked Author and to
Matt Fell - DOOM Specs Author!!)
>>Future versions<<
-PWAD tracking system that will keep track of all your PWADS and allow you
to enter descriptions of them.
-Ability to save the maps as BMPs so that they can be loaded into a
graphics program and printed.
-Better sound code! The current Sound Blaster routines that I am using are
sloppy, cude, and not exactly bug free. The new sound code is nearly
complete and SHOULD be included in the next version.
-Better map viewer options, won't require you to completely reload a PWAD
just to view another contained MAP.
-PWAD compiler... umm, maybe.
-Any other good ideas that I get from you guys/gals.

NOTE: if you downloaded this file in its UUE format, please
rezip and upload it for me. DELPHI does not allow me to
PUT binary files onto ftp sites. Thanks!
NOTE2: If anyone has figured out how to get DOOM 1.4's "@" for a command line
parameter file specification, I would like to hear about it. If I can get
this working, you should be able to load MANY pwads at the same time, as well
as select numerous options for game play.
NOTE3: Future versions of DFE will be released in patch format, the system
is simply getting too large to keep uploading the entire thing. The entire
program will be available by emailing me for a copy.
NOTE4: When the heck is 1.5 coming out!?!?!?!?
