Anyone know how to deal with ZDoom graphics not playing well with a palette that doesn't use the default color indexes?

All of the text characters are in the iwad, if you copy them over to your wad and have them use your new palette, it should stop showing up weird. As for the little “key and skull” icons, they don’t exist in the iwad but I’m sure they’re in zdoom.wad and they can also be copied to your wad and converted to the new palette.

 

I’m not at my computer but I’m 99% sure this should work (had similar troubles before)
