The Doom backpack sprite looks like a dog face

My friend once made fun of me for saying this, but it's so obvious it's right THERE LOOK

 

 

The dog face is RIGHT THERE. The little dog mouth is so obvious, you can also see the eyes just looking at you like you know it's there

Here I'll even highlight it for you:

Please someone agree with me on this, she keeps making fun of me and calling me a furry because I see a doggy in the backpack
