Hard search good music

It hard search good midi music for doom. Where do you find it? 
Do you make music yourself? If so, what is the best program to implement? I would like a simple program

I take from other wads and just credit their sources. There's websites like vgmusic.com that have plenty of them. The Idgames archive has music wads, and as long as they give permission, you can use them.

Here are some great sources that I like to use:

• The Ultimate MIDI
• .MID the Way id Did
• Plutonia MIDI Pack
• Plutonia 2
• Back to Saturn X (ch. 1 and 2)
• Anything that Jimmy Paddock made really
• Heretic and Hexen
• If you want something a little more hard-hitting, I recommend Project Doom and Project Redux (the latter of which is available from zorasoft.net)

A lot of the best music has already been used, and there's nothing besides the Copyright Act of 1976 stopping you from using it.

I previously had plans to start my own archive of just all the good MIDIs I could find to make it easier to search for MIDIs, but stopped the project as I realized that the at least some of the best MIDI composers probably wouldn't approve of it.

In addition to the sources already mentioned, I'd like to add the TNT Evilution MIDI Pack as one of my favorite MIDI soundtracks of all time (though I'm biased because I participated in it).

These are really really great choices. 

I do more old school mapping, so wads I'd recommend for OP (if they're into that) would be:

That's just my taste. Wads like Sigil, Ancient Aliens, Sunlust, and Nova II have excellent midis. I definitely recommend if you want something more modern. Jimmy's midis are just the best too. Oh and make sure to listen to the No Rest for the Living, TNT, and Master Levels midi packs. The community did a great job.
