DBP52: Havoc in Creation

I just finished it. Really nice! The color palette was pretty cool, and the environments looked great with it. Really liked the 3 Havoc maps, as they were all pretty unique and the light puzzleness to them was cool. Map 10 was probably my fav, but these were all pretty solid.

I've been able to download all previous DMB projects in the past, but for some reason, this file is giving my computer issues when trying to download it from the link on Media Fire. Is there any way you could provide me with an alternate link to the file so I can try downloading it elsewhere? I'd hate to miss an entry due to strange technical errors.

The three Havoc levels are amazing, especially the first two. I'd love to see a future DBP project with all levels in that style - "Havoc's Revenge" perhaps.

 

Even better, mash it up with DBP 50 for "Havoc in Emerald" :)

Great theme! Played the first two maps and they're incredible. "Havoc I" has a banging track and even better gameplay, visuals and progression.

Gorgeous level-set as always. Here's the first 5 maps in Walpurgis:

Some HoM's in Map 2, but otherwise free from glitches that I could see as well. The only thing I would say is that I really think it would be nice to have a custom font for the ancient inscriptions, rather than using standard Doom Red font.

Enjoyed my time with alot though, good job all involved.

Edit: Note: it was a gigantic video, so it'll take awhile for youtube to HD it on the weekend- I expect another 4 hours or so.
Actually it only took 1.5 hours, not too bad!

Thanks for playing and reporting the hom. Its gzdoom specific and has been fixed.

Edited the OP with a tiny update to fix some of the bugs brought up. There's some other bugs we're aware of that still need to be addressed but I figured I should get the most up-to-date version out.

Changes:

Spoiler

- MAP02: Some slimetrails fixed, the GZDoom HOM issue fixed, some more minor things
- MAP04: Fixed the co-op softlock
- MAP07: Fixed the co-op softlock
