Did a UV-Max demopack for the 21st iteration of SargeBaldy's speedmapping session wad. Go grab the wad here.

Times for the demos are as follows...

Map 1 - 1:20. Also including a bonus demo for this map in 1:06 that gets 71% kills. Check the textfile for more info on this.
Map 2 - 3:56
Map 3 - 1:31
Map 4 - 5:34
Map 5 - 5:25
Map 6 - 1:58
Map 7 - 7:46

Maps 4 and 7 could see the best chance for improvements. Map 4 I might be willing to retry for a better time at some point. Map 7...no, just no. Map 7's the reason I gotta take aspirin for my headache and go lie down after posting this. I lost all levels of sanity on that map.

Btw: I tried it myself, I'm no speedrunner but I think chaingunners are hell in pacific mode. I noticed that you can position the sargeants so that you can pass by and activate the chaingunners. But I gave up after 10 runs. No 20 runs, speedrunning is fun I know that but so frustrating.

yeah, it took a while without berserk. I just though punching an AV to death is fun.

EDIT: Yeah, those chaingunners gave me the most trouble in the first demo. No lie, I got it on my 4th run recording, but after about 35 tries not recording. And I did try it your way by bypassing the sargeants and activating the chaingunners, but after a couple of tries that way it was clear that wouldn't work.

sbspd021.wad...you might remember this as the wad with a very...uh, not safe for human consumption map 7. That map broke my sanity.

I decided to tack on -fast and see what it's like for laughs.

Truthfully...this map is much much easier with -fast monsters.

Clear time is 9:31. Not too bad. Had I not have that brain fart moment at the area by that switch at the end of the path, this would be an even better time.

Out of boredom last night (and possibly done as a result of watching old demos), I did a UV-Pacifist for map 2 of sbspd021.wad. Clear time is 0:54. Not too bad, not too hard (Only 2 spots really feature an element of luck in getting past, one of those comes right away at the start), but still could go a pinch quicker (2-3 seconds).

It's fine, you only have like another 200 (more?) or so speedmap session WADs from different series to cover. :)
