How to make monsters leave decorations when they die?

Hello people! I have some questions for you. What i want to create is monster leave decoration thing behind them when they die. For example:

There are 4 super duper interesting decorations in DooM:

- Pool of blood

- Pool of blood and guts

- Pool of blood and bones

- Pool of blood and brains

How do i make, for example, Zombieman leave these when he dies in such a way that they fly (like dropped item or so, also this is optional i will be already good if they just spawn) to different sides from where he died (Pool of blood to the left, pool of guts to the right, pool of bones forwards, pool of brains backwards). I guess this needs DECORATE script, so could you give me a tip on how to do that?

Well, that's now actually what i wanted, but still thank you. I managed to solve my problem using A_SpawnItemEx.
