No... even special 121 (Line_SetIdentification) cannot be used in scripts.

Why can't you give the line(s) a unique ID for all necessary actions?

Cause it would be cool as hell to have like a switch on a wall, you press it. Alakazam, techno wizardry whatever the fuck, now a portal has opened up. 156 lineportal. I hope they add this as a feature in the future

UDMF supports multiple IDs per line if you cannot do multiple actions on the same one.

The IDs are permanent identifiers that last for the map's entire lifetime and that's very unlikely to ever change.

You need space on the other side of a portal line in order for the player's center to be able to pass through it. However, what you want doesn't require the ability to change a line's tag at all. You can just use more, different lines. Such as instantly lowering a floor where the switch was to reveal a portal on a different line behind it.

I don't really know what you would need to do this makes no sense when there is better ways do whatever is you need to do.

Would it suffice to have a regular triggered door in front of the portal?
