I played a lot of video games when I was a kid, including lots of Doom, Doom 2, and Final Doom. As I grew older, my love for most of those video games grew cold, but Doom was pretty much always an exception. I replayed the iwads over and over again in different ways until finally starting to play other third party stuff in 2015. In late 2017 I decided to take the plunge and start making maps.

Around here I'm mostly known for playtesting videos purely by request, which I did for three years from 2018-2021. I intend to get back to that, but I'm now focusing on my own mapset. 

I also like music a lot and have often thought about making my own Doom music tracks. Maybe down the road a bit. Other than that, I like languages and sports and dark, thick beer and not taking myself too seriously.

Major life changes in late 2022 have resulted in very little time for Doom. The passion says yes, but the responsibilities that affect others say no. At some point I will be more settled into a new "routine." Eventually, I look forward to finishing my mapset and even returning to playtesting.
