RAMP snapshots will occasionally break and then you have to wait a few hours for it to get fixed, that's part of the charm (trust me: it's way better than last year lol) :p It's working again now though!

The slots don't matter all that much since the location of the maps are randomly shuffeled with each playthrough (they will stay in their dedicated theme hub, just on a different location).

Yep! The details are described in the rules section on the link in the opening post. We are all encouraged to keep the file size down and use light music formats, but mp3 is allowed as well (which is good for me cause I don't know how to MIDI :p).

I too will map this year again. Unlike other years I'll be starting from absolute scratch and I don't know how far I'll get. Gotta get doodling!

Next part of my RAMP2023 playthrough is up! A bit of a dark (literally, not moodwise) and long one, but there are fun and interesting places to see in this session. Note: At 2:45 - I can't read and thought I typed next instead of neat. So the correction wasn't needed but there you have it anyway.

I don't see anyone in the Doom community or Discord servers as "high ranking", we're all just dumbass humans around here (even the fridges are). People *will* help you if you ask for help but don't expect them to answer within the minute, or within hours. Discord\forums are slow mediums, not a chat. Also people are busy and live in different time zones, so activity is spread throughout the day. Also also it takes time for people to get get to know each other, either online or IRL, and that's fine. No one is deliberately ignoring anyone, just don't expect anything until something happens. Like this thread for example ;) So yes, keep on showing us what you've got, or want to get at and what makes you feel good :D And give feedback on other peoples work if you have something to say. It might work out eventually.
