are you saying to use that line action instead of the Carry special? i've never played with it before, how does it work exactly? does the line def need to be facing a certain direction or anything like that?
Is there a way to use the Carry specials without the texture scrolling?
I'm trying to use the Carry East Med. Fast special (228), but I need it to not scroll the texture. I would use the Wind special but it messes with flying enemies.
Apparently not, just tried it. seems to work when played but visual mode still shows it unless there's some kind of toggle I don't know about in visual mode
I can't figure out how to get rid of the "shadow" under the walkway i've build out of 3d floors. I've tried changing the brightness on the floor and top and bottom of the 3D floor. I've tried to make sure all the floor glow and surface luminance settings match. I have no idea what's causing it or how to fix it.
I've attached a picture and a wad that shows my problem

Every time I load up Delta Touch I have to re-set freelook. I don't know why it defaults to on in the first place and I really don't understand why it's the only setting that it absolutely REFUSES to save. It kept all my graphics settings, but not freelook
This is cool, I didn't know that was a thing. I'll have to play with it but same problem as with Rita Remton's suggestion. I have a complex map and need multiple sectors to move at once. I'll have to play with those things though
There are complications in my build that makes this difficult but it's a good idea. I think I'd rather do this instead of scripting if I can. We'll see
Actually i found my problem here. I have four line defs in a square that all do the same thing so it activates no matter where the player enters from. So each individual line def will trigger only once but there are four of them so it'll trigger up to four times total. I have no idea how to fix this
I have a line def that lowers a floor when you walk over it. but every time you cross it, the floor gets lower and lower. how do I make it only do it once?
