  1. Hey! It has been a long while, though we are all busy in life, I still Dooming and this gets even better and better all at the time to me!

  3. It won't hurt at least finish the snowtrooper sprites for any addon use if you want to, knowing it is not your taste, but I would like it for use if that's okay with you?...if not that's fine. Like the MUD Troopers by the way! :)

      If you can finish the entire set of sprites that can be awesome!
      Also Remember Xim has the snowtrooper at the regular resolution.

      In my case, i'm focusing more in Rogue One than in Empire Strikes Back (i'm currently changing skyes to match) in the next release i will use MUD troopers for soldires spawned over liquids and the Shoretroopers as a replacers for Doom sargeants/shotgun (along with deathtroopers, storms etc)

      At the moment i will not use snowtroopers for sure

Been a while in this time of me of course LOL!. Although that we all be busy in a day of life and all and I just wanted to let you know that I've modded/adjusting on your MOD very very much appreciated! I've got myself the chance to figure out what can be more improving. So okay, here's what I gone throughly and thinking and hopefully this would be great!

     

    "GLDEFS" file of using your latest that you have updated for when enemies firing glow when they shoot at you. For example I've added other files that needs of this of myself: (Don't have to, just I have putting of else enemies that shoots blasters projectiles of my own liking style.)

     

    In GLDEFS file:

     

    object EmpireInfantryman

         frame STORV { light BlasterPUFF3 }
    }
     

    In Actor/Enemy/StormFin

     

    And decorate file of actors/enemy also example: I've looked of all everything in this and also added the GLDEFS including the putting Bright on the enemies also a few editing of the others that feels like when you shoot and I've did also of the others shoots and also edited he enemy decorate files that suits fits with this action of every firing sequences that shoot projectiles at you as the player does dynamic lighting wise effects.

    You did have some of other enemies have the effects and I just feel that all the rest of the enemies that they shoot at you and have the glow effect as the players shoot firing sequences if this make any since to you. Don't have to add it but what you have done is already is really really GREAT as your progression time to time although in life going on sir. Just to make sure that I appreciated it and also who everyone else likes that you know of and be pushing forward and things will be better like you latest!

     

    I did a lot of going though all the files and feels like what I've edited of myself is more fitting on me, been tough testing and testing on my own on this, basically I just modified the GLDEFS and the Actor/Enemy files that shoots projectiles bright on sprites and editing the GLDEFS that has the glow effect while the enemies has the effects. I did not convert to use your latest one of you have base previous version before you have added the "dismemberments" of using the lightsaber effects on the enemies which that is awesome! IF this does not making any scene at all here I apologues and what you know what you thinking of this? :)

      Hi! Currently on holidays and i can't see what you say... i'm understanding you have add some extra Gllights in some frames, right? I will check in my returning next week.

       

      I will try to replace the bowcaster sprite with a shore trooper rifle (currently it works like a shotgun, so, feels a bit weird) in the new way, shoretroopers will fire "shotgun" and drop that weapon. what do you think?

       

      A suggestion:

      It's a bit dificult understand your text. You are living in USA but you need improve the skills more than me :P  (please, don't be offensed or ashamed)

      i use deepl.com when i need translate my spanish, it can help you (us) a lot! Just write in your own language and review after.

      Won't hurt to try for another second shore trooper just for using the bowcaster.

       

      I apologize for my texts that you are confused of some I've text previous. I've just been going a lot lately on work/life, but in my spare time I have free time playing and going through your awesome MOD that expires me to play anything that is capital of any other is availably maps that can play!

  5. I think I found a bug when you do get the lightsaber and try to switch back to your fist, but it switches back to the lightsaber?...

      Not a bug  but consider it a limitation of my coding skill. I've put an instruction to go to lightsaber if you go to punches. If not, when you lose all sabers (then you get punches) and you grab one from the ground, you don't switch automatically to sabers, and that annoyes me. That's the reason.

  7. Question: Is their a way to have them run far distances and then walk when they get close to you during in combat? Like they will run until they get close to you the scouts, stormtroopers and sarge for example. The sprites I mean.
  8. I'm sorry that I have to re-edit this post changing my topics, but I just wanted to let you know. I'll do some testing to find out what's the change the sprites names. Possibly have to rename in the ActorS/Enemy/StormFin, the EmpireInfantrySarge See: sprite running names.
  9. I've found the files hires and low sprites of the StormSarge-RUN that has RSORA the same name as of the REDDARKS sprites RSORA.
