I map with Ultimate Doom Builder and play on GZ DOOM. My maps aren't designed for Brutal DOOM or Project Brutality, but you do you.

GZDOOM
- Dynamic lighting required on all maps except Basity Base. Otherwise, they blackout or just look wrong.
- Only tested on GZ
- lights.pk3 recommended
- DOOM 2 wad
- Combat heavy
- Multiple difficulties except Forbidden Forest (UV only).
- Free look, jump, and crouch are all allowed. (needed on Map 1)
- I have not changed the music for any of the maps because I don't understand how to, sorry. I have tried to several times, and my brain just checks out. If you have any suggestions for tutorials or shortcuts, please let me know.
Map 1 v 0.891. Jump and crouch required. 103 monsters on UV. 78 monsters on HMP plus more ammo and easier monsters in some cases. Power ups and extra ammo on easy. First map of a community project I started. It's a work in progress, but it works. A bunch of updates have been made since these pics, including two new rooms to start the map. I'm still tinkering with the ending, so if you land on a fake floor and it doesn't end, just bounce off the walls for a second and it'll end the level.
Welcome to Hell. UV has 300 monsters. HMP has 233. Free look recommended, probably needed for the last part. There have been several updates since these screenshots.
Hell's Nuclear Waiting Room. 117 monsters on HMP and 162 on UV. About an 10-12 minute play. My best run is 1:48 on UV. It was going to be the first map of an episode, but it just didn't come together. It's fun, but it wasn't doing what I wanted the FIRST map to do. I learned a lot making this and might cannibalize it for parts later. Especially the teleporter room at the end. that's getting repurposed for something better. (If this is a faux pas, let me know)
Forbidden Forest. A large level with an open field, caves, and forrests. UV only with 500+ monsters. About a 30-40 minute play. Ran into technical difficulties on this one. A decent level, but it should probably have been split into 2 or 3 different ones, which is basically what's happening now with the community project I started.
Basity Base. Recently Updated! My most vanilla map. HMP is a little easier than UV, but they both have 330ish monsters.
Infested Power Plant. My second wad. I like this one. I feel like I tapped into something nice and then lost it. Medium sized map. Lots of monsters. About a 20 minute play.
Valley of Death. My first wad. Valley of Death is chaotic, but if you want a non linear map that is insane, here ya go. This map is huge and heavy on GZ features like 3d floors, water, slopes, and some other stuff. One tester called this level "slaughter lite." On UV it has over 1,300 enemies. Lower difficulties have fewer monsters and more invincibility spheres to help you cheese it. Infighting is your friend. It's gonna take a long time to beat this map. 40 minutes to an hour if you're good at DOOM. I'd recommend save scumming or not playing on UV your first time.
There are a few BFG's. One is in
the river of lava on the northwest side of the map along with a megasphere and plasma ammo.
