    DMLOST.WAD

    Despite being 19 years old, this map was fun to play through. For a moment, forget about Doom builder, the doom dumminity, tutoirals and all the other priveleges we have now. Given, this map is a lot of fun. It's ugly as all hell, and also features what may be one of the first ever "army of barons VS a cyberdemon" as seen 2 years later in Tricks and Traps. Worth a shot if you're an oldschool Doomer.
    Am I the only one who went "WEWWW HEWW!!" when I heards map01's music? I remember thinking this pack wasn't great back in 2004. Now, I think was way too harsh on it. It's not half bad.

    Big, open old DM map with plenty of sneaky-douchebag spots where you wouldn't even know which way you're being shot from. I like this one, and the looks aren't too bad either.

    Map02 is ok. The others are.... Pretty much the same thing, weird huuuuuuuge rooms with HOMs..

    I'm pretty sure I've played this map online in some compilation wad before. Not bad, not amazing.
    I believe i've heard the MIDI for map01 in a Drown in Blood map. It's the best of these 4.
    LOL, that description is hilariously awesome! It's like the guy from the DooM comic escaped into our reality and started modding the game he's based on..
    What a treat, I never knew there was another Scythe!

    Just an old disco MIDI.
    Some nice maps mioxed in with typical bad 1994 maps. The MIDI ranges from good to ear-rape. Nice touches like a custom menu title. Overall this thing is a very mixed bag.
    Didn't work in Zandronum or Odamex.. Probably nothing special anyway.

    The text file doesn't lie, this is a good example for other WAD makers. a few tiny HOMs present in map03, and.. Wait a sec, a different version of map04 is present in dwango5.wad, that's weird. Anyways, I reccomend playing these.

    ^It's shaped like a flashlight. VERY boring map, annoying as fuck SFX. Uses that good ol' Mortal Kombat midi though.

    the architecture aint all that bad, but there are way too many winding hallways!

    Great improvement over Dwango4 map09 which adds a few little zDoom tricks and makes the gameplay a bit better too. I like it.
    There are about 3 good maps hidden away in this huge hunk of crap. Map27 looks good, the rest are generally shit, sometimes featuring lots of HOMs and other bugs.

    That is not a toy. Oooh! That is not a toy. Oooh! Lamest SFX ever and a very boring and flat map in space. Not much to see.

    Nostril Caverns

    I'm giving this 3 because it has OVER 9000 monsters, and woulda taken considerable time to construct, even if there's a lot of copy/paste happening. I'm not really into slaughtermaps, but come on people, this is cool as a feat alone.

    Map05 is the only one I don't like, huge death pits. The rest are basic, plain on the eyes but still look quite for for 2-4 player DM.
