A lot of sudden right angles, I can't imagine much flow in this map. Seems like a frustrating Deathmatch 'floor' to me. It looks half decent at least.
Not too bad, but lacks flow.
That pain sound is so damn annoying.. These maps are really, really plain too, not special even in 95.
LOL, this seems to be intended to stop people from Dooming at work. Blasphemy! (but really, this gets 2 stars just for the laugh)
It's criminal that this has been lost in time! Here we have an 18 year old DM map that is, in my opinion, up to UDM 1 standards. Made by a fellow Aussie way back in the Dooming stone age. Someone needs to hook some life support into this and have a few duels, looks like fun.

Too large to be practical, but not all that bad. Seems like a bland E4-ish map.

Dated March 1996, this is a pretty darn good DM map.

Aside from some horrible lighting choices, this is pretty good with a veriety of textures. It's a bit plain.

Pretty bland one here, only download if you like really dated 90's maps.

This map is pretty good, a bit long winded for DM, and why the HELL did he use the 'blocking' hanging corpses? Those things get in the way, man! Also one of the many 90's text files that gives credit to the author's wife for putting up with his Doom mapping. This one's good enough to download if you're into the oldschool stuff.

This is dated 4/08/1993 - That can't be right, but it does seem very old. Terrible texturing, not so great layout, but it's typical 1994 stuff.
    This is funny as hell!
Funny infro encypted into the ZIP: MIND LINK! is Western Canada's largest telecommunications service offering gigabytes of the very latest public domain and shareware software, adult GIFs, international email and discussion groups, newswires, realtime online games and complete Internet access, including IP access, Telnet, FTP, IRC, Gopher, etc...
I'd say these are worth downloading. I'll wager a guess the author likes street fighter, based off the awesome music picks. The Ryu/Guile remix on e1m3 is awesome, and the maps are fairly solid, just a little dated.
Waaaaaaay too big for deathmatch! This is more like a weird cooperative map.

    Greater Torment

Excellent map from Fragmare. A better version can be found in Aftermath OS Duel.
Pretty neat, i'd like to DM here.

This map looks good, plays good, and will get you using your noggin. Lots of exploring to do and it all feels quite rewarding, especially when you find the secrets. The automap is totally crucial. The difficulty is fair, and weapon/monster placement is well balanced. The IOS came as a surprise, however as far as I can tell there's no point in shooting into his brain, there's no Romero behind it. I can't find the exit, but I explored what felt like every inch of the map - Even so, great stuff.

    Awesome Panda DM

A great set of Deathmatch maps here. The detailing is classy as mentioned above, and there are some nice NS features such as deep water, reflective mirrors and such. Maps feature well rounded combat, with the occasional wacky touch. The layouts are inspired and range from large to very small, and nothing is too flat. Great map names - Raed finally sees a reference. Hilarious use of that Ooze dance remix MIDI, too!

    STOUT.WAD

crap. 10 bucks says the review above is from James Stout.
The mapper was then 17, and is now 35. I wonder what he would think if he saw this, I bet it would be an intense nostalgia rush. Nothing too bad here.
Marine's Best Friend! The title speaks for itself.
Woah, this brings me back to baby-hood...

I like it, great for a 95 DM arena.
